2004 Design Awards Presentation
Each year Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) holds a design award competition which brings in photo entries of the top pool, spa/hot tub and water feature creations of their four state member region of CT, NY, NJ, and PA.
The judging takes place in late September, and then they have a Gala Design Awards Banquet in October or November to announce the winners and present the award plaques.
Action Foto is very much involved with this competition by virtue of photographing pools, spas and water features for our clients in the swimming pool business, helping them select the entry pictures, and then preparing the competition packages for them.
We have also been closely involved with NESPA for many years, and have we have designed and produced the Design Awards Presentation Show since the 1980’s. (Note: we have nothing to do with the judging, and only get involved after the judging is finished.) The Design Awards Show has become the centerpiece for the event, and has evolved from slides to video to computer media. Recently, Action Foto produced the best yet: a “Dynamic Computer Slide Show”.
